Shoe Station has an immediate opening for a dynamic Email & Mobile Associate Manager to add to its already strong marketing team. We are looking for an energized, strategic thinking individual focused on helping to grow an already fun-loving brand based in our new headquarters (southern suburb of Charlotte, North Carolina). You must be a team collaborator with passion, insight, and ideation for Marketing.

This position will report to the corporate office on Monday through Thursday and work remotely on Friday from home.

Summary:

The Associate Manager, Email & Mobile Marketing is responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of the CRM marketing efforts. This position drives subscriber engagement, retention and growth of the email and mobile channels for the Shoe Station banner.

• Oversees all aspects of email and mobile channel execution including management of asset creation, scheduling, quality assurance, approval, segmentation building, and post-deployment analysis.
• Works closely with management to drive SMS/MMS marketing program.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to execute all email and mobile campaigns.
• Tracks ongoing reporting and reviews hindsight performance for all email marketing initiatives.
• Leverages analytics tools and data in order to monitor, report upon, and improve KPIs.
• Assists with new marketing projects/initiatives and ad-hoc reporting requests as needed.
• Develops day-to-day relationships with the email and mobile messaging providers and other relevant third party partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related field preferred.
• 3+ years experience in email marketing with knowledge of HTML/CSS coding for email and email standard methodologies and deliverability.
• Retail experience a plus.
• SQL experience helpful, but not required.
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle various tasks simultaneously under multiple deadlines.
• Self-motivated with ability to work with multiple teams and take direction from multiple individuals.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
