This position will report to our South Corporate office in Fort Mill, SC on Monday through Thursday and work remotely on Friday from home.
We are looking for a curious and driven Associate Product Manager who is passionate about building exceptional, customer-focused eCommerce experiences for our Shoe Carnival and Shoe Station brands.
You will work on the eCommerce Product technology team with your role supporting Product Discovery, Product Vision & Strategy, Product Delivery & Execution, Product KPI's, metrics and analytics through effective enlistment and enablement of your stakeholders.
This role will support the complete product lifecycle using hybrid Lean and Agile principals and frameworks. You will help identify the right opportunities prioritized based on outcomes that best serve our customers and business. You will manage roadmaps and backlogs that support the vision, using a customer-focused, data-driven approach that explains the "Why" behind the prioritization of features. You support all facets of Product delivery and execution, including the creation of epics and user stories, backlog management and collaborative development of the release plans with the Development and DevOps teams. You will monitor the adoption, usage and business impact of features and releases to measure the product ROI and inform future product decisions.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams that range from product, design, engineers, technology functions, outside vendors and various business partners, including Marketing, Merchandising and Finance.
You must be able to use evidence-based influencing skills to enlist and enable your stakeholders to align business and customer outcomes to achieve your Product vision and roadmap.
Summary:
The Associate Product Manager supports the Product Teams in the discovery, definition, and delivery of eCommerce capabilities that maximize business outcomes, improves the customer experience, and enhances brand value. This position collaborates with the Development, Design, eCommerce and Marketing teams to identify the right problems through Product Discovery and develop a robust product vision and roadmap that prioritizes the highest value opportunities. The Associate Product Manager will support the execution and delivery of the full product life-cycle, including establishment of KPIs, ROI, etc. through effective enablement and enlistment of key stakeholders.
