Customer Service Coordinator

Description:
The Customer Service Coordinator monitors and creates reports associated with Customer Service platforms including Order Management, Social Media, and Case Management. Performs administrative work and provides support to the Customer Service Team.
- Researches and responds to requests for information from both store associates and Customer Service Representatives.
- Monitors and reports feedback from Customer Surveys.
- Monitors and makes corrections based on reporting for Order Management.
- Maintains promotional calendar for Customer Service Representatives.
- Provides support for managing Shoe Perks accounts including personal information, account mergers, and points adjustments.
- Participates in weekly status and monthly calls with Customer Service partners.
- Communicates new and ongoing customer service issues to Customer Service Manager.
