DevOps Engineer

The DevOps Engineer role manages applications and develops processes and procedures to automate functions. This position is the front line to diagnosing and solving complex issues to keep the business at peak performance.


  • Manages the CI/CD process for software development.
  • Maintains the flow of data between multiple platforms running in the Cloud and SaaS platforms.
  • Streamlines manual processes related to exception handling and daily processes.
  • Builds out and monitors dashboards that will show KPI metrics and system health.
  • Documents architecture and data flow for existing and incoming systems.
  • Works as a Frontline Technical Support contact to triage issues.
  • Automates tasks related to deployment and data flows.
  • Reviews application requirements and anticipates system needs in order to ensure availability and scalability of systems.
  • Troubleshoots code and assists with the resolution of coding issues.
  • Coordinates release of new or revised software or systems and monitors performance.
  • Collaborates with Business to understand key performance indicators and makes recommendations on data.


  • 2+ years Developer and Administrator experience in a professional capacity (or commensurate experience) required.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Heroku, Tableau, Postgress/SQL a plus.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent technical expertise, problem-solving, debugging abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid work ethic and team-oriented approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to drive strategy and advance goals.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Acts as a reliable, transparent, and accountable teammate.
