Immediate opportunity! Join our Marketing team at our Corporate Headquarters in Evansville, Indiana. This position will report to the corporate office on Monday through Thursday and work remotely on Friday from home.

Summary:

The Graphic Designer, Visual Merchandising designs, develops, and delivers visually dynamic graphics to support the company's brand image and meet business goals. This position works with cross-functional teams to support the implementation and communication of seasonal graphics and visual elements.

Use your After Effects experience to create new digital designs!

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

· Utilizes a strong understanding of visual design, typography and conceptual methodologies to create dynamic seasonal in--store graphics.

· Develops standards, systems, and best practices for streamlining visual tasks.

· Ensures content is on brand and consistent in terms of style, quality and tone.

· Provides ideas and solutions of how to simplify presentations for greater impact.

· Focuses on artistry and creativity in design.

· Designs and creates layouts to develop conceptual renderings for visual designs.

· Monitors and tracks project production to ensure proper and timely completion.

· Manages all transmission of files to printer.

· Manages and organizes projects with a printed production schedule as well as maintaining a detailed digital filing system.

· Manages correspondence with vendors and vendor provided images.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field, and/or equivalent experience in graphic design/visual information.

· 3+ years of experience in graphic design and After Effects video editing.

· Highly motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal communication skills.

· Detail-oriented with the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously under multiple deadlines.

· Ability to conceptualize, design, produce, and maintain an array of visual communication products using the Adobe Creative Suite.

· Proficiency in MAC operating systems, After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, and other technologies.

· Ability to work with cross-functional teams and outside agencies.

· Working knowledge of the print process and file preparation for printer.
