The eCommerce Intern performs UA testing, load testing, and SEO/Tag testing for Shoe Carnival’s eCommerce site, “ShoeCarnival.com.” Upon completion of the internship, the eCommerce Intern has a working knowledge of an eCommerce website, testing scenarios, and a full understanding of what a career in Digital Development at Shoe Carnival entails.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Performs UA testing and creates regression testing scripts to automate when possible.
• Performs load testing, creates testing scenarios, and implements/analyzes load tests.
• Performs SEO and Tagging testing to ensure compliance with standards.
• Works with Development teams to understand all changes and testing needs.

Requirements:

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with at least one year completed.
• Strong computer skills including a proficiency in Microsoft Office and programming knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written skills.
• Proven problem solving capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
