This position will report to our South Corporate office in Fort Mill, SC on Monday through Thursday and work remotely on Friday from home.



We are looking for a curious, driven and skilled Product Manager who is passionate about building exceptional, customer-focused eCommerce experiences for our Shoe Carnival and Shoe Station brands.


You will work on the eCommerce Product technology team with your role owning Product Discovery, Product Vision & Strategy, Product Delivery & Execution, Product KPI's, metrics and analytics through strong enlistment and enablement of your stakeholders.


This role will lead the complete product lifecycle using hybrid Lean and Agile principals and frameworks. You will identify the right opportunities prioritized based on outcomes and ROI to establish a North Star and vision for your Products. You will build roadmaps that support the vision, using a customer-focused, data-driven approach that explains the "Why" behind the prioritization of features. You are accountable for all facets of Product delivery and execution, including the creation of epics and user stories, backlog management and collaborative development of the release plans with the Development and DevOps teams. You will monitor the adoption, usage and business impact of features and releases to measure the product ROI and inform future product decisions.


You will collaborate with cross-functional teams that range from product, design, engineers, technology functions, outside vendors and various business partners, including Marketing, Merchandising and Finance.


You must be able to use evidence-based influencing skills to enlist and enable your stakeholders to align business and customer outcomes to achieve your Product vision and roadmap.





The eCommerce Product Manager is responsible for the discovery, definition, and delivery of eCommerce capabilities that maximize business outcomes, improves the customer experience, and enhances brand value. This position collaborates with the Development, Design, eCommerce, and Marketing teams to identify the right problems through Product Discovery and develop a robust product vision and roadmap that prioritizes the highest value opportunities. The eCommerce Product Manager will lead the execution and delivery of the full product life-cycle, including establishment of KPIs, ROI, etc. through effective enablement and enlistment of key stakeholders.


  • Establishes and advocates a product vision (North Star) and strategy (roadmap) that delivers durable business results and increased customer satisfaction.
  • Prioritizes product capabilities and features using a standardized product framework.
  • Writes high quality feature requirements and user stories, prioritizing the backlog in collaboration with Design and Development.
  • Monitors emerging trends, regulatory changes, best practices, and technologies relevant to
  • Tracks business performance (KPIs) and measures the impact of new capabilities.
  • Manages third party vendor relationships by monitoring and reporting on KPIs and SLAs.
  • Utilizes effective Product Discovery techniques to identify customer or business needs and brainstorms valuable, desirable, and feasible solutions.
  • Key contributor to growing and improving the overall Product Management practice.




  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business or related fields, or equivalent work experience required.
  • 2-5 years of Product Management experience required, preferably in retail, consulting or related fields.
  • Strong eCommerce knowledge to understand problems, opportunities and solutions for both online and offline touchpoints.
  • Experience in developing North Star product visions, outcome focused roadmaps and effective backlogs that deliver successful products.
  • Ability to present and defend product decisions using a standardized framework and evidence-based approach.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills using web analytics, A/B testing, and qualitative feedback tools to inform product decisions.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with Atalassian tools (JIRA, Confluence), Google Analytics, Agile/Kanban development processes preferred.
