This position will work 8:00-5:00 Monday -- Thursday, with the option of working remotely on Friday.

The Real Estate Intern will be auditing our current store leases and identifying whether the lease is compliant with specific criteria. The audit may include reviewing site plans and verifying information.

• Creates and maintains reports in Excel.
• Learns how to read basic lease language.
• Audits the current store site arrangement and compares information to the lease language.
• With the direction of Real Estate team, completes an in-depth project and presents analysis of findings to the Real Estate department.

Requirements:

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business or Accounting) with at least one year completed.
• Strong computer skills including a proven ability to create and maintain complex analysis reports and a proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team and build collaborative relationships.
• Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and vendors at every level.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
