Hours: 1st Shift: Monday -- Thursday, 7:00am-5:00pm / Fridays, 7:00am --Noon

Our Rogan’s Shoes Distribution Center is located in Racine, Wisconsin and ships shoes to all of our Rogan’s Shoes stores throughout Wisconsin, Illinois and Minnesota!  A key component of our success has been the people that work in our Stores, Distribution Center and Corporate office. This job can be a stepping stone to career opportunities throughout Shoe Carnival, Shoe Station and Rogan’s Shoes.

It's a physical job! If you have never worked in a warehouse environment before, you should understand that you will be on your feet for 90% - 95% of your shift. We try to make everyone comfortable by having a climate-controlled environment and relaxed dress code.  Due to our large facility, working conditions could still affected by the seasons and weather. 

Here is a list of some of the more frequent tasks you could expect to perform during the course of the workday:

The Processing Clerk manually prepares product for store shipment.

Alternative Processing (AP):

• Sorts, scans, and packages accessories for shipment.

De-Case:

• Unpacks cartons and places individual shoe boxes into cartons.

Regardless of your experience level, please be sure that you meet the following minimum requirements prior to starting your application:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work overtime including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull and handle products up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 30 pounds frequently with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment.
